We had dinner on the porch tonight. The showdows are lengthening, the sun was going down. There is a bit of Fall chill in the air.

Today’s Lagniappe: Brandy Alexander
The perfect drink to enjoy as the evening turns to night.

1 oz. Brandy
1/2 oz. Brown Creme de Cacao
2 oz.    Cream

Combine in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass Top with Nutmeg.

Having dinner out on the terrace is my favorite spot and the weather is getting to the point where it will be enjoyable again. Love this time of year! I was out of town much of the week so just now getting by to visit the TT posts. Thanks for sharing your dinner table. ~ Sarah

I have never seen that pattern of Spode before…how beautiful and so perfect for an autumn evening dinner! Your porch is beautiful…what a sweet place to dine! Love your pretty decorative iron pumpkin…the perfect centerpiece!!! Your photos are really pretty but I especially like the evening views with the candlelight all a’flicker!!! Pretty…pretty!!!
