I love acorn squash and have a recipe that almost mirrors yours save for the fact you use brown sugar and I use maple syrup. Your recipe sounds delicious and your pets are very dear. I hope you are having a wonderful day.

I love acorn squash. I prepare mine the way you do, but haven’t done it in years since my family isn’t so fond of it. But hubby will be out of town this weekend. Guess what I’m going to be eating!
