Christi, I always want to come over and see what you are up to. I love your story about the sassy women you worked with. Don’t you just love women like that! And surprise of surprises there was a praline recipe. I ADORE PRALINES!!!!! And to have a recipe from someone with a name I just want to say over and over with a southern accent, Volera Kirkpatrick. What a great post. I will have to make these little bits of honey-heaven for Thanksgiving! Thanks, always so much fun to stop by.

Ah – I’m just down the road from you. Well, maybe a little more than “just down the road”. I’m in Cedar Hill, TX.

I’ve copied down some of your recipes. The corn recipe really appeals to me, and I’ve been looking for a good praline recipe. Thanks for sharing them!
