I think somebody else mentioned they had difficulty reading Dorothea Benton Franks's book Full of Grace..I am having the same problem..it's not holding my attention at all. Might read for 2 or 3 pages each night and I give up on it (or get sleepy) I'm about ready to stop reading it and start another one.

Hi, there…just wanted to let everyone know that I am donating a percentage of my book sales – through Veterans’ Day – to Project Valour-IT!

Why not donate to this very worthwhile cause and read a great book at the same time? You can read a sample chapter on the “Sneak Peek” tab at www.ReportingForDoodie.com. Please help support our wounded soldiers by spreading the word! Thank you!

I stuck with this book until the end. Although it was a depressing story, there were a lot of lessons to be learned from this beautiful heart wrenching story. Do you know if any of your loved ones have signed up for organ donation on their driver's license should a death occur? Had Robin's sister Molly had not been "searching for clues" the entire story would have ended differently. Robin had never told her parents or siblings that she wanted to be an organ donor. Having a loved one brain dead and on life supports is hard for any family..but something good can come out of this tragedy. Think about it and try to read this book. It is completely out of Barbara Delinsky's writing style. There's a lot to be learned from this book. A lot of food for thought!

Started this book yesterday afternoon and so far it is depressing which surprizes me as her books are always good. Two siblings, one is involved in the family business(flower nursery) and the other is a marathnon runner. Mama is overbearing and blames the one who helps run the business for everything. The sister who is a runner has a heart attack while running and a good samaritan finds her and performs CPR right away but there is brain damage and she is on life support. Mother takes over, blames everybody and pushes away the other daughter and husband and son. I'm almost scared to continue reading it, afriad of how it will turn out. Will Robin pull through or not? Anybody read this book?

I found a new Barbara Delinsky book at the libary today called While My Sister Sleeps. Has anybody read this and what did you think of it? I've read all of her other books and lucked into Full of Grace-hardback for $1.50 at used book store and Tribute by Nora Roberts for $1..large print hardback. Haven't finished Sullivan's Island yet, so I'll probably lay that aside until I read the Barbara Delinsky one, since I have to return that in 3 weeks, or else renew it.
