    I’ve learned some important things as a result of your post. I will also like to say that there is a situation where you will apply for a loan and don’t need a co-signer such as a Fed Student Support Loan. When you are getting financing through a classic bank or investment company then you need to be able to have a co-signer ready to assist you. The lenders can base any decision using a few factors but the greatest will be your credit history. There are some lenders that will as well look at your job history and choose based on that but in many cases it will be based on on your rating.
