Last week, I posted a “Frugal Friday” post and said I needed more sources for online coupons. These are just a few that I found helpful. I really liked that at Pinching Your Pennies, I could go to my state forum and find a link to see grocery ads online for my local grocery stores. Today’s Lagniappe: Morning Glory Muffins
Make these to enjoy on Palm Sunday morning.

4 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. soda
4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
2 apples, peeled and grated
2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. vanilla
4 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped raisins
1 c. shredded coconut
6 lg. eggs

Sift together: flour, sugar, salt, soda, and cinnamon, then stir in carrots, raisins, pecans, coconut, and apples. In separate bowl beat eggs, oil, and vanilla. Stir into flour mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
