Since the nation is in the deep freeze this week, I thought it might be nice to remember some warmer times!

Watched the video on Lobster Bisque. I’m going to try that receipe sometime this winter. I will remember his tip about putting the dairy product in just before it is served. Then it doesn’t ruin the whole batch if dairy product is sour. Thanks!
